Anita Cazin
Agile Sourcing Partners, Inc.
“We love Animodus’ customer support and feel like they are an extension (virtual) of our company. Our systems are stable; our users are happy, and we continue to collaborate on ways to leverage technology to our advantage. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a partner, not just an IT service.”
The Why
Why the
Caretaker
matters
The Mechanic
Our goal is to prevent IT issues altogether. For this to happen, the Caretaker relays information to the Mechanic, and the Mechanic uses this information to deliver monitoring and scripting that eliminates “how” issues come to be.
The Architect
The Caretaker works with the Architect to understand where a support request originated and how that issue impacted daily processes. The Architect uses this data to ensure standards are being met and future issues are proactively prevented.
The Visionary
The Visionary and the Caretaker both communicate with the customer on a consistent basis about issues and their impact on the business. The Visionary uses these conversations to build a proactive strategy focused on business impact.
